I’m still having problems with my temporal mandible joint (my jaw) and my dental surgeon has forbidden me from chewing any food. So I’ll be taking a break until I can get this in order, although I may post pics of my wife’s dinner.

Oktoberfest Sausage and Potato Salad

Grilled Oktoberfest Sausage with my wife’s potato salad with a few of my embellishments, the salad is chick pea with cherry tomatoes, coriander, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Grilled Provini Veal Chop

A trussed veal chop with Barbarian’s Steak Spice, with boiled carrots and mashed potatoes and Peter Lehmann’s Clancy’s. There was also an appetizer of Portobello mushroom grilled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Hamburgers

Hamburger with provolone cheese and hickory smoked BBQ sauce. Along with red potato salad and steamed green beans, and for the record I don’t like my bun toasted.
